Biography
Angela Hoover is a native of Williamson County and a seventh-generation Middle Tennessean. She currently serves as the managing partner of her family’s law practice, representing clients in her hometown of Franklin and throughout Middle Tennessee. With over two decades of dedicated legal practice, Angela is an accomplished advocate and a central figure in the Franklin legal and local community.
Angela’s legal career began with a strong foundation in advocacy. In school, she was a nationally ranked debate champion and active in mock trial. During her time at the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis, she served as the Student Bar Association Executive Director and earned the prestigious Dean's Award for Best Oral Advocate. She was also one of only three members on the school's National Moot Court team.
In addition to managing the firm’s Franklin office, Angela is active in several professional and civic organizations. She is a member of the Williamson County, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations. Her leadership extends to civic service, having been appointed by Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam in 2015 to serve on the Collection Service Board for the State of Tennessee.
